Register

To register with the parish or update information, print the form and drop it in the offering basket or send to the parish office.

To register for CCF classes, print the Registration form and the age appropriate Code of Conduct for EACH child you wish to register.  These are valid for all youth activities for one calendar year. BOTH forms must be completed to be accepted.
